All private mediations and arbitration should be scheduled through Miles Mediation & Arbitration  at  www.MilesMediation.com, or contact me at 678-446-9142.

• $250 per party per hour  -  Private  Civil  & Domestic cases 2 parties (4 hour minimum)
• $225 per party per hour - Private Civil cases with 3 parties (4 hour minimum)
• $200 per party per hour - Private Civil cases with 4 parties (4 hour minimum)   
• Please call for prices with 5 parties or more
• Fulton County ADR office rates apply to all mediation through the Fulton County ADR office.

My approach to mediation is to set aside enough time to make sure all parties have an opportunity to be fully heard, and all avenues to settlement explored.  Accordingly, I book only one mediation per day. 

Much effort for everyone goes into preparing for mediation.  While sometimes cancellations are necessary, I ask that all participants involved be notified at the earliest possible time as to the need to cancel or reschedule.    Please contact Miles Mediation & Arbitration for cancellation policies.
